Refund Policy

Please note that I only accept returns for delivered items that arrived damaged.

Refunds

In the event of a damaged delivery, please contact me immediately with photos as evidence, and I'll work with you to find a solution. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days at the latest. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since I've approved a refund or return, please contact me at studiolippi.ceramics@gmail.com.
